The National Land Registry is informing property owners in the areas of Skopelos – South Pelion – Magnesia that the publication of the initial report of the Land Registry data is extended until March 19, 2024.

The extension was deemed necessary to facilitate citizen service by the Cadastral Office due to the declaration of most of the areas under cadaster as flood-prone (20875/Δ.Α.Ε.Φ.Κ.-Κ.Ε/Α325 Ministerial Decision – Government Gazette 5813/B/04-10-2023). Consequently, property owners in these areas are now called upon to take advantage of the one-month extension to review and confirm or correct the registration of their property, thereby avoiding any court settlements that cost time, money and hassle.

Specifically, you should check:

• The description and legal information of your property (Land Registry Table)

• The boundaries of your property/field (Land Registry Chart)

If you agree with the published information, you do not need to take any further action.

If you do not agree with any of the information, you can submit online an application for correction or objection before the expiration date.
