Territories entered into the National Land Registry (declared in service before the entry into force of L. 3481/2006) received a deadline extension to correct initial registrations until 31/12/2021 under the new Law 4759/2020 art. 134 par. 4 (Government Gazette A ‘245).
The island of Alonissos (Greece) is one of the areas where the National Land Registry was in service before the entry into force of L. 3481/2006 and therefore property owners in Alonissos can appeal until 31/12/2021 before the competent courts for correction of the original registrations.
