The General Secretariat of Immigration Policy has started the new process of electronic submission of applications for the granting of initial residence permits to citizens of third countries. In particular, from Wednesday, November 16, 2022, all applications for the initial granting of residence permits for citizens of third countries are submitted exclusively through the electronic services of the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum.
The application can be submitted, either by the interested citizen of a third country through the electronic services of the Greek Ministry or by his authorized lawyer (proxy) through the interoperability of the electronic services of the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum using the electronic platform of the Plenary of the Bar Associations of Greece.
